Sakina Dastagir

Currently the Chief Sleep Physiologist at the Royal Brompton hospital, Sakina has worked within adult and paediatric departments for the last 10 years, including at Evelina, Guy’s, Royal Brompton Hospital and Landspitali in Reykjavík. Sakina has helped set up and move sleep departments at Landspitali. She established the home sleep study service during COVID at the Royal Brompton and helped advice and provide other hospitals on their home sleep service during this time. Sakina is running sleep counselling clinics for children and parents with sleep difficulties. Sakina is also an associate lecturer at the University of West England since 2022.
