Susan is a paediatric allergist at Kings College Hospital, London. She trained in paediatric allergy and immunology at Oxford and Kings College London. She is clinical lead for the paediatric allergy service at Kings and set up the South Thames Paediatric Allergy Network.

She is treasurer and trustee of the British Society for Allergy and Clinical Immunology. She was previously the allergy training advisor for the RCPCH CSAC and chaired the paediatric allergy committee of the BSACI. As a member of the BSACI Standards of Care Committee she has co-authored several national guidelines.
